. The IUHPFL's 50th anniversary weekend is an event designed to celebrate the fifty-year history of the Program and the unique roles, all of you, our contributing audiences, play. Without your help and support, the Program would not be possible. We ask about your relationship with the IUHPFL so that we may provide a variety of sessions to accommodate your interests. Your relationship to the IUHPFL is:

Friday, May 18th: Evening reception and social event at IUPUI (drinks and hors d'oeuvres provided)
Saturday, May 19th: Morning breakout sessions and speakers at IUPUI (light breakfast and refreshments provided)
Saturday, May 19th: Afternoon breakout sessions and speakers at IUPUI (refreshments provided)
Sunday, May 20th: Networking and leisure activities in Nashville, Ind.
I cannot attend, but am interested in volunteering to help organize the weekend
