We are seeing a number of shifts in how government agencies are organizing themselves to provide the right guidance, training and assistance for the effective and responsible use of social media. Agencies are grappling with the challenges established organizational entities and their existing responsibilities. There are pressures to leverage or extend the responsibilities of what already exists and to make these new responsibilities fit into current budgets.
This survey is designed to determine how your organization is coping with these changes. There are no right or wrong answers. It is more about finding out what is working best for most agencies in order to help those just starting out.
