During the ATS IPFT/Preschool working group sessions (2009), there was considerable discussion concerning the lack of data on the clinical utility of various Infant Lung Function(ILF)tests and the variability of clinical ILF testing at sites across the world. In an attempt to gather some preliminary data for future ATS/ERS collaboration, we have developed a questionnaire to ascertain some crucial information prior to (1)launching a larger investigative effort, and (2) designing an Infant Lung Function clinical database.

Please complete the questionnaire if you are a pediatric pulmonologist/respirologist working with infants and young children on a routine basis. Please note that for this questionnaire we are specifically seeking information on the clinical use of ILF tests. We are not seeking to collate information on research ILF studies.
