Here at ACD Direct, we are always striving to improve the satisfaction level and work experience of our talented independent contractors.  Please take 10 minutes to participate in and complete the following Agent Satisfaction Survey which will help us improve our incentive and reward program.
1.Please rate your level of satisfaction with ACD's Point System.
2.Please rate your level of satisfaction with ACD's monetary incentive system (drive incentives, shift insurance, etc.)
3.Does the ACD Point System make you more engaged with your work?
4.Are you satisfied with the current reward and incentive program provided to you?
5.How well does ACD recognize your contributions at work?
6.As an incentive, would you rather receive a prize valued at $25 or a "1 in 80" chance at winning a prize valued at $2,000?
7.Would your selection on the previous question change if you knew you would have tax obligations when receiving the prize?
8.Would you rather be rewarded with a $100 gift card (e.g. Amazon, Walmart, Target), or a $100 office product (e.g. phone/USB headset, office chair, keyboard/mouse)?
9.How much would a $25 performance incentive motivate you to be more excited about work?
10.How much would a chance at winning a large prize valued at $2,000 motivate you to be more excited about work?
11.Would you be more likely to refer a friend to work for ACD Direct, if there were better incentive programs in place?
12.Have you ever heard of cryptocurrency?
