Directions: For each statement, mark the response that best describes what you think or feel.

1. I use "I feel" messages to share my feelings with other people.

2. It is easy for me to talk about my feelings.

3. If I have an argument, I try to work it out with the other student.

4. I yell at other students when I am mad.
