Please read these terms before submitting your name so that you know what you are agreeing to by participating in this contest.
By submitting a name to the MVA Hope Foundation naming contest, participants give the MVA Hope Foundation full exclusive legal rights to use the name in any way it deems fit and for the life of the Foundation. Participating in this contest, you are agreeing to let the MVA Hope Foundation have ownership of the name you submitted without any exchange of goods or funds. By completing and submitting the form below, you agree to these terms.
The only rule we have in this contest is that the new name focus around animals or pets in some way. Be creative and provide us with something completely out of the box!
It is also recommended that the Foundation’s new name incorporate the word Hope as it is a part of the organization’s history (visit our website and click “about us” to read the Story of Hope). However, using the word Hope is not a requirement for the contest and entries that do not include this factor will still be considered by the board.
Finally, name ideas may be submitted from individuals or from groups. Brainstorming name ideas with co-workers or friends can not only help the creative process, but it can also be a nice team-building activity. Plus, if your group submits the winning name, it will benefit from being recognized in future Foundation marketing activities that promote the new name.
The contest ends January 31, 2012. The board of directors will act as the final determining body, making the final naming decision at their February 2012 meeting.
If you have any questions about the contest, please contact Ruth at marketingmva@yahoo.com or by phone at (585) 271-2733 extension 13.
