Getting feedback from real users

The more we interview people as part of user-testing projects, the more we want to shout from the rooftops about the benefits of testing! We know the money spent on testing is usually returned many times over – especially for documents like standard letters, forms, insurance policies, and financial documents.

But we suspect very few organisations know much about document user-testing and even fewer do it. Help us understand more.
