General Practitioners Survey - Residential Parenting Service

The Department of Communities is undertaking an evaluation of the Residential Parenting Service.

The aim of the evaluation is to understand what impact the Residential Parenting Service has had on the families and children who have attended the service and to gather learnings to improve it.

About this survey

You will be asked to answer questions related to your experience with the Residential Parenting Service; what benefits (if any) your patients have experienced, and how you think the service could be improved.

The Department of Communities will ensure that any information you provide during your participation in the survey remains confidential and that no survey results can be traced back to you.

Do I have to take part?

This survey is voluntary and you do not have to answer any questions you don’t want to. Please be aware that once you complete the survey, the Department of Communities will not be able to remove your responses from the evaluation, as we will not know which set of responses belong to you.

How long will the survey take?

About 5 minutes.
