Racers of the Year

 

It’s time again for us to ask for your help in recognizing the outstanding auto racing performers of 2010.

You know the dominant names of the season – Fernando Alonso, Dario Franchitti, Denny Hamlin, Jimmie Johnson, Will Power and Mark Webber are all obvious candidates for the overall "Racer of the Year" honor as well as within their various disciplines, but there are many more for whom a case can be made in each category. Here’s your chance to put your support behind whomever best exemplified the sobriquet of “racers” for you in 2009.

To cast your votes, type in your selections and be sure to click the "Done" button at the bottom. (Sorry, but mail-in votes will not be counted.) The winners will be revealed in the March issue of RACER magazine.

And yes, we will be keeping track of IP addresses, so no prizes for trying to stuff the ballot box – but feel free to convince others to vote your way via direct appeals using the comments feature at RACER.com!
