FOREST HILLS LUTHERAN SCHOOL PARENT SURVEY

We are working to improve our school. The purpose of this survey is to find out what parents/families think. There are items about safety, how students interact with each other, how students and staff members interact with each other, the rules and expectations for student behavior, how students feel about the school in general, how staff members interact with parents/families, and potential problem areas that might need to be addressed.

Please respond to every item by indicating whether you agree or disagree with the statement. Base your responses on the experience of both you and your student(s).

We are inviting each parent of a Forest Hills student to complete one survey.
