Welcome to the online registration form for Faith Adventure Camp Team Members and Team Leaders 2012.

We are hoping to link United Church leaders and youth from a variety of places and churches in BC with some of the First Nations Communities along the northern and central coast of B.C. which are located within Prince Rupert Presbytery.
Our hope is that small groups of (maximum 7 people) will travel to one of the communities on our list and host a week of Faith Adventure Camp for the church and community. Some of the communities that are a possibility for you to work with are: Bella Bella, Bella Coola, Klemtu, Prince Rupert, Hazelton, Haida Gwaii, Kitimat.
You are responsible for raising your travel (usually airfare) to the Faith Adventure Camp.
The community is in charge of hosting and providing meals and accomdation.
The Faith Adventure Camp team leader is responsible for building your team, working with you to plan the programme, and offering support and organization for the programme.
BC Conference and Prince Rupert Presbytery is responsible for providing resources for programme costs in the form of a financial grant to each team.
