The aim of the survey of which this questionnaire is a part is firstly to determine how common it is for people to discontinue a login to something which provides only login based on an existing Facebook account, and secondly if there are some common features shared between people who do or do not chose to terminate such a login process.
The study is conducted by Logica's Swedish User Experience team.
The questionnaire consists of seven (or six, depending on how you answer) questions, only one of which is mandatory.
Answers are not traceable to a specific respondent, so anonymity is ensured.
