Sponsoring Partners Masterclass Expression of Interest

1. Expression of Interest

As a Sponsoring Partner you are invited to submit an expression of interest for presenting a ‘Masterclass’ at next year’s Naace Annual Strategic Conference and Exhibition 2011.

A small number of Sponsoring Partners, probably five to seven, subject to bids, will be selected to deliver presentations with the theme of ‘Brave New World: Changing times in Education’

We will be running the presentations twice to enable delegates to go to more than one session and enable you to deliver your message to a larger audience overall (two slots of 30 mins). You are encouraged to think about how you can provide shorter, bite sized sessions, where you can invite delegates to visit your exhibition stand on Wednesday afternoon for a more in-depth chat about your product, subject to booking.

Delegates will be aware that these sessions are lead by Sponsoring Partners and all delegates will be encouraged to attend with a generic reward for all who do, such as a free drink during each session, subject to final decision. In true Naace tradition the sessions must be based around the theme of the conference - ‘Brave New World: Changing times in Education’ and colleagues are advised to avoid overt sales pitches.

Larger sponsoring organisations are encouraged to consider working with smaller sponsors to reflect on how the Naace Strategic delegates can benefit from this rich experience.

All successful applicants will be asked to provide logos for advertising on Naace website as soon as results are announced. All logos should be either png or jpg files 180 pixels wide and 150 pixels high. Should you wish them to link to a url please provide this. We would also ask that Sponsors provide a video trailer for their session should they wish too which can be posted on our site.

Bids are sought for each Master Class based on a minimum donation of £850 per submission. Successful submissions will be given the opportunity of priority placement in our Bett Newsletter for 2011.

Deadline for entries is Friday 30th July 2010
