Thank you for your association with the University of Houston. We sincerely appreciate your contributions to the University.

We possess a strong commitment to making our institution a satisfying and enjoyable place for our employees to work and advance their careers. Part of that commitment consists of trying to better understand the strengths and weaknesses of the University, to maximize strengths, and make every effort to improve upon weaknesses.

We believe the best way to learn about the various aspects of the University is to request feedback from those who have actually worked here. Therefore, we would sincerely appreciate you taking 10 minutes to complete the on-line exit interview form. Which enables you to provide your candid confidential comments about the University.
