EGM are undertaking some research about the views and opinions of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) people in the Epping Forest District, on behalf of Epping Forest District Council.

Your personal details will not be shared with Epping Forest District Council or any third party. You may remain anonymous if you wish.

The survey should take 10 - 15 minutes.

All completed surveys will be entered into a free prize draw for a chance to win one of 3 x £20 high street vouchers. Winners will be notified in writing when the survey closes on 31 May 2012.
