Egg donor satisfaction survey

This survey is for women who have become egg donors or egg sharers in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

We want to improve donor care in clinics: this questionnaire is all about what your experience has been like. The NGDT will use the information you give us to work with clinics to improve things for future egg donors. It will also be used for research papers on improving donor care. You will never be personally identified in any report or publication based on this survey.

This survey is anonymous and takes 10-15 minutes to complete. Most of the questions are multiple choice and there is space to add comments if you want to.
