Crowd Control - creates a safe and friendly environment outside the theatre, directing patrons to the correct door based on ticket type

Will Call - distributes previously purchased tickets from Will Call window

Ticket Taker - collects, tears, and scans ticket stubs before patrons enter the theatre

Usher - distributes programs and assists patrons with seating

VIP Section Usher - checks passes to make sure only VIPs sit within the specified section

Concessions - assists CPD staff with filling drink, candy, and popcorn orders

Merchandise - assists CPD staff with Ebertfest merchandise sales in the East Lobby

Coffee Concessions - makes coffee throughout shift for sales in the East Lobby

Ebertfest Volunteers are required to attend one Volunteer Training Session prior to the festival. Currently a training session has been set for Sunday, April 7th at 2pm in Room 112 of Gregory Hall on the University of Illinois Campus. Other dates will be added shortly. Ebertfest Volunteers from previous years are asked to attend the training again as a refresher.
