The E-Democracy.org Board is in the process of updating our 2010-2012 Strategic Plan, and we need your insights, perspective, and ideas.
The Board has determined that the existing goals remain relevant, but the strategies and tactics need to be updated. As an E-Democracy Team member or Forum Manager, you are very familiar with the organization and our progress, while also knowing a great deal about trends, needs, and what our future work might be.
We would appreciate your input in two parts over the next month or two.
When you press "Next" you will see the current goals and strategies. Please provide comments on our goals, and your input on the strategies as indicated below; assume that these strategies apply to the 2010-2012 time frame.
We’ll compile all the input and send out the next draft, at that point asking for your input on the shorter-term tactics.
