In order to register onto the Derbyshire Sport Coach Database you will need to know:
1. Details of your current coaching qualifications
2. Details of your most up-to-date Enhanced CRB and insurance (if applicable)
If you are intending to apply for a Coach Bursary Fund grant you will need to know:
1. Details of the course you want to do including dates
2. The cost of your course including any mileage (for travelling outside Derbyshire only).
3. Information on how much other organisations/clubs/you are contributing
4. The name and contact details of your referee - this will be someone in, or strongly associated with, the organisation you are coaching for.
This process will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Please be aware that you will be unable to save and go back to it at a later date.
