The Demoinaday scheme has finished taking applications.

Jazz Yorkshire, working in partnership with Savile & Chrome Studios, is now inviting new applications for the 'Demo in a day' Scheme 2011. 'Demo in a day' is one full day in the recording studio, with an engineer, free of charge.

- This scheme is open to all jazz musicians living in the Yorkshire and Humber region.

- The scheme is ideal for musicians / bands who need to record a demo to help promote themselves to clubs, venues or agents.

- Each application will be considered on its merits individually i.e. no restrictions on styles of jazz or age of musicians.

- Applications will be considered by a panel from Jazz Yorkshire and we would be looking to support applications where we can see the day in the studio would help the musician / band in a practical way to develop / support their artistic career.
