B2B Social Media Huddle Survey

As part of our planning for the Dell B2B Social Media Huddle on May 25, we’re carrying out some simple research into general levels of awareness and understanding about social media among delegates. By adding your opinions ahead of the event, you can help to ensure the day is aligned to your objectives (and time well spent).

While we plan to present the results of this research at the event, we don’t disclose anything that would personally identify you.

1. Businesses of all sizes use many online channels these days to communicate with customers, employees and other stakeholders. Public websites, for example, social networks and Twitter sit alongside traditional channels such as printed materials. Do you think these online channels are effective?

2. In your opinion, what do you think is the biggest communication challenge facing businesses today? In other words, what single issue, topic or theme do you think we should address that would help you to understand better how to communicate effectively with your diverse communities, internally and externally?

3. Which of the following social media activities do people in your organization employ and how important are they to your business?
