Superfast Broadband for your Business

1. Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull

With your support Superfast Broadband can become a reality in our region.

Our ambition is to stimulate investment and access grant funding through a regional broadband plan that aims to see a wholesale superfast broadband infrastructure built reaching every citizen in Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull. Using this shared infrastructure any Internet Service Provider, like Virgin, TalkTalk, Orange or Sky, can deliver services to businesses and households in the community creating a competitive market place and making higher bandwidth available to more people at a lower cost. Business and public sector organisations can use the shared infrastructure to build their private networks that connect people and places with the services they need. To get started we need to know where people live and work that want to access to superfast broadband.

6. How soon would you like to upgrade to faster broadband?
*
7. Would you be prepared to make a generic (non-supplier specific) commitment to buy a service if that increased the prospects of investment in broadband?
8. If the growth potential of your business is currently limited by the availability of broadband we would like to discuss this further with you. Please summarise your particular difficulty:
9. In areas with insufficient broadband, it is possible to provide a dedicated, high-speed community broadband service. For example, a parish, group or business would fund the initial setup cost, with individual subscribers then paying a monthly subscription. If the business case is strong enough, it is possible that the supplier will cover all set-up costs or grant funding may be available.
