Please share your thoughts and opinions with the School Governance Council and PTA!

We need your valuable input by Monday, February 6th. Our goal is for 100% of families to take the survey. Prizes will be awarded to the classrooms that meet that goal!

The School Governance Council has created this survey, in consultation with the staff, PTA and After School Program, to learn what you think about your child's school experience. Your participation will help us to keep improving our school!

You may submit your responses on paper or online (preferred). By choosing the online survey, you will help us more easily compile and analyze the results. You are welcome to use the computers in the Cragmont library in order to complete the online survey.

Please complete ONE SURVEY PER CHILD WHO ATTENDS CRAGMONT. After you hit the "SUBMIT" button at the end of the survey, just use the same survey link to get back to the beginning of the survey and take it on behalf of your second child.
