The Faculty Association represents the faculty in matters related to working conditions, and one of its primary responsibilities is negotiating the Academic Employees Master Agreement, the "contract."

The current contract will expire on June 30, 2010, and the Association is preparing to negotiate its replacement.

Your answers to the questions in this survey will help the Association determine its negotiation priorities, as it prepares to negotiate a new contract with the District.

In order to facilitate a rapid conclusion to negotiations, and because the contract has been heavily revised during the last two lengthy negotiations, the Association is considering focusing on a few essential issues, rather than another complete revision. Please indicate which issues you consider of primary importance in the new contract.
