Connect2Prevent Registration
Welcome to Connect2Prevent! The goal of this project is to learn how parents and teens communicate about drugs. We will use this information to develop programs and resources for Charlestown parents and teens.
We invite parent-teen pairs (teens aged 12 to 17 years) to participate in this project. By participating you can make an important contribution to the Charlestown community and each earn $25!
To register, please complete the appropriate form. After both parent and teen register, you will each receive a survey.
If you are a Parent, select the PARENT option to register and give your teen permission to participate in this project.
If you are a Teen, select the TEEN option to register.
