Coaching Competency Exam |
Congratulations on taking your final step toward becoming a Path 1 recommended coach. The exam has been designed for you to show us what you would do in that capacity. While there is no one "right" answer to these cases, we will be looking for patterns in your answers that support best practices of new church start coaching.
Now for the rules:
1. Please take it in one sitting and allow a 90-minute block of time in order to do so.
2. Once you click the "next" button, you may not go back. Please only click the "next" button when you are completely satisfied with your answers.
3. Once your exam is completed it will be sent to three independent reviewers who will score it with comments. You will receive their scores and comments, along with the final decision regarding recommendation, within one month of completing this exam.
