• 'Buying organisation': the organisation which employs the coachee, e.g. ABC Bank
• 'Buyer': the member(s) of HR, Talent Management or other team within the buying organisation that oversee coaching, e.g. Head of L&D at ABC Bank, Head of Trading Desk at ABC Bank
• 'Client/end user': the coachee who works for the buying organisation
