In keeping with CMCA’s goal to continuously improve, we are asking for your candid feedback about your immediate supervisor. An overall summary will be compiled for the agency’s leadership team to assess areas for additional supervisor training. The HR Director will review all surveys received regardless of the number of employees a supervisor manages. The HR Director will reflect on results from individual surveys when considering coaching and counseling needs for individual supervisory staff.
