Thank you for taking a few minutes to anonymously share your cleaning confessions with Molly Maid! This survey is only 13 questions and will take you less than five minutes to complete.

The Molly Maid Home Office team will enter everyone who completes our survey into a drawing for a $100 VISA gift card. You can use it on anything YOU want - even house cleaning service!

The survey will be open and accepting responses from Feb. 5 - 19, 2014. Responses will remain anonymous and will be compiled with insights considered for possible social media and public relations key messages.
