CISOA 2011 Awards Nomination Form
The Campus Technology Excellence award is awarded to a recipient who demonstrated excellence at their District or college through technological advancements. This can include but is not limited to: green initiatives, development of new applications, infrastructure advancements, or successful execution of a technology plan or initiative.
This award is open to both District CISO and CISO nominated “Best supporting IT staff member” of the District or individual college. There will be two recipients of this award with at least one of the two awards presented to a District CISO who meets the award criteria.
Two nominations per person will be accepted.
