On behalf of the Center for Innovation and Research on Veterans and Military Families (CIR) at the University of Southern California School of Social Work, thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. As we prepare to offer specialized training for behavioral healthcare providers who provide services to service members, veterans, and military families, your valuable input will help us to better determine the nature and extent of information that is needed to work effectively with military populations.
The first set of questions in the survey consists of non-identifying demographic items. The second set of questions will ask for your opinions about course-related content. We expect that the survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. Due to an overwhelming number of responses that we have had we regret that we can no longer give gift cards. However, for people still interested in providing responses we would be grateful for your feedback.
