Developing our values
After consultation with our Council of Governors—including representatives of patients, members of the public and staff—and our Board of Directors, we have drawn up a shortlist of 12 possible values for Chelsea and Westminster.
Our values will define what patients should expect from staff when they are cared for at Chelsea and Westminster and how staff can work together to provide the best possible patient experience.
Now we want you to decide the final list of four values—as voted for by you.
Voting will close on Friday 2 March 2012.
