Izaak Walton League chapters across the country conduct a wide range of conservation and outdoor recreation activities, but most have three in common: Roadside clean-ups, stream monitoring, and fishing events for children.

Individually, each activity has a positive impact in the community. Add them all together, and the impact across the country can be tremendous.

With a few facts from each chapter, we can tell a powerful story about the impact of the League nationwide, which will help us raise the visibility of the League with the media and policy-makers.

Please take a few moments to provide some information about your chapter's activities in 2013 - and come back to visit us later in the year to provide updates.

(Please note: This survey does not take the place of the questionnaire that chapters fill out each year as part of the process to renew their tax-exempt status under the League's umbrella 501(c)(3) policy.)

With a few quick questions, this survey should take only a couple minutes of your time. Thanks!
