The purpose of this short poll among Global Changemakers is to draw out the issues that are both drawing and repelling the next generation from taking positions of public leadership. By public leadership we mean elected and appointed positions in national or local government, parliament or governmental organisations such as ministries, as well as inter-governmental organisations such as the UN and the World Bank. Without harnessing the skills and passion of the next generation of public leaders, there is little hope that a redesigned world will take hold in a meaningful way.
