The Mediation Audit 2012 |
Welcome
Welcome to the CEDR Mediation Audit run in conjunction with the Civil Mediation Council.
This is the fifth biennial audit that CEDR has conducted in the last 10 years as part of its not-for-profit work to raise the profile of commercial mediation. The results of the audit will be published and are widely used in the Alternative Dispute Resolution field, as it helps inform us all about developments in the field.
The audit questionnaire – which is for lawyer and non-lawyer mediators – includes questions about your personal mediation experience, as well as your views on the roles of clients and their representatives, mediation standards, and priorities for the future.
The audit is being conducted on an entirely anonymous basis. At no time will you be asked for your name, address or other identifying personal details (although at the end of the survey there is an option to insert an email address if you would like us to send you full results of the audit after publication of its findings).
The questionnaire should take no more than 7 minutes of your time. Please try to answer all questions.
Thank you for your participation.
