Assessing Fatigue and Physical Activity Levels in Cancer Survivors
This thesis research study aims to better understand fatigue levels before, during, and after cancer treatment. Physical activity levels during these time periods will also be assessed to see if variations in physical activity levels had an effect on levels of fatigue. If you participate, you will be asked to complete an online survey consisting of demographic questions and questions from The Baecke Questionnaire of Habitual Activity and Brief Fatigue Inventory. The survey should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.
Any individually identifiable information the researchers obtain about the participants in this study will be kept confidential, and will not be shared with others without my written permission, except if required by law. To safeguard the identity of participants, the survey results will be stored in an online database that will be accessible only to the researchers. Additionally, the identity of the participants will not be revealed in any publication of the results of this research.
The researcher will be happy to answer any further questions about the research, now or during the course of the project.
