1. Please indicate which choice best represents who you are.

2. Please indicate the ONGOING cuts you would like the school district to make.

3. Class size increases. These are also ongoing cuts.

4. Please indicate the ONE TIME cuts you would like the school district to make.

5. Please indicate how much of the Fund Balance Reserve the district should use to offset cuts. The maximum amount available is $2,662,638. The School Board talked about possibly using between $380-500,000 of that amount. These are one-time funds.

6. A Mill Levy override can generate over 3 million dollars. An override would require a vote by District 9-R residents in November's election. Estimated cost to a home owner for a 2,000,000 override would be about $4 per month or $48 per year on a $400,000 home. We would not know if these funds are available until after the November election. These are ongoing funds.

Please indicate the amount, if any, the school district should set the Mill Levy for.
