Old Colony Planning Council
The Old Colony Planning Council identified East Bridgewater Town Center, Route 106 in West Bridgewater, and Route 3 (Pilgrim Highway) at Exit 6 in Plymouth, as the three major bottleneck locations within the Old Colony Region. The purpose of the study is to develop short term and long term actions to enhance circulation and efficiency of traffic flow.
