1. Introduction
The McLean County Regional Planning Commission is conducting a Transportation Feasibility Study for the Bloomington-Normal Main Street Corridor in order to assess priorities for transportation enhancements in the coming years.
We invite you to participate in our community’s planning process. This questionnaire includes questions about various modes of transportation including automobiles, bicycles, pedestrians, and transit. Please check the appropriate response to each question and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the questionnaire.
The results of this questionnaire will be tabulated and documented for use in preparing the Study. Your participation and input are instrumental to this effort. Please take the time to carefully read each
question and answer it as accurately as possible. The questionnaire should take less than 10 minutes to complete.
