A Survey of an Ecotourism Membership Organization in Alaska
1. Informed Consent Statement
Thank you for considering participation in a research project conducted by Evergreen State College graduate students, Jason Wettstein and Daniel O’Neill, entitled “A Survey of an Ecotourism Membership Organization in Alaska”. The survey is part of our coursework in a three quarter graduate course entitled "Analytical Techniques for Public Service."
The answers to the questions we are about to ask will be used to gather information from Alaska Wilderness Recreation & Tourism Association (AWRTA) members on how well it is meeting its mission goals and to encourage thinking on ways to better meet mission goals in the future. We intend to share summary results with the AWRTA Board and leadership. If you wish, we would be happy to share these results with you as well.
Participation is voluntary, we are offering no compensation for your participation, and we will maintain your confidentiality in analysis and reporting of results unless you opt to waive this confidentiality. Risks to you would likely include those associated with accidental or deduced identification of you with your responses.
