This category will recognise the retail bank or government ministry, which has demonstrated the ability to create a stringent infrastructure to safeguard their organisations from fraud and identity theft. The judges will be looking for the effectiveness of the security and authentication infrastructure in mitigating fraudulent activities.

All Financial Institutions & Government Ministries

Criteria:
Entrants should be able to demonstrate:

• New thinking in concept, design and implementation to mitigate the risk of cyber activities

• An overview of the features and/or technical capability of the program which provides a comprehensive security and authentication infrastructure

• Explain how the program was launched and implemented within an organization

• How the adoption of smartcards has improved security, access and convenience
