The judges will be looking for retailers who have implemented innovative retail technologies successfully to create the ultimate customer experience.

They will also be looking for evidence of retailers who have through these retail technologies improved their operational efficiency, achieved tangible revenue growth and optimised their speed to market lead time.

Judges will review retailers who have automated their retail processes and streamline their retail operations, leading to:
• Smarter business decisions
• Better inventory control
• Minimise retail fraud
• Customer loyalty
• Increased profits

Open to:
This award is open to any retailer that can illustrate the best use of retail technology to become the customers’ favourite brand.
