About this category:
The judges will be looking for the various channels through which you engage with your consumers. This would include the multiple options present to enhance the customer’s experience, such as in-store kiosks where the consumers could order online if the store is out of inventory.

The judges will also be looking for evidence for a retailer committed to integrating various online and physical channels to enhance customer engagement and is constantly at the forefront of innovation.

Open to:
This award is open to any retailer that can demonstrate world-class excellence in integrating their physical stores with online channels including mobile communication.
