Autism Ontario RCP - Summer Teen Activiites 2010

 

Thank you for your interest in our Summer teen activities. Please note that this program is intended for youth (age 13+) who could attend the Niagara Chapter teen program.

Please fill out the following registration form in as much detail as you can provide. Registration must be completed by July 31, 2010 in order to ensure appropriate planning can take place.

If you have an SSAH worker who you would like to work with your child this week, please indicate on the registration form. Some payment of hours for the SSAH worker may be available. A follow-up discussion will occur to determine these details further.

Your child’s participation in our program is dependent upon the ability of the Autism Ontario – RCP to meet the needs of your child. Our staff team is trained to deal with most situations that are expected to occur when working with persons with ASD. If your child’s behaviour, actions or medical condition is beyond the scope of our staff’s capacity, please be aware that we may not be able to continue to offer service to your child.
