5. Excalibur's Desktop Tools System Administration – half day class is designed for system administrators or end-users with technical aptitude who are responsible for supporting and installing Desktop tools as well as SB.Client.

6. Excalibur's Reporting Tools – this full day workshop allows you to pick a reporting tool of your choice and work with an expert. An introduction to the session will outline each of the reporting methods offered, including best practices and report tool selection.

7. Excalibur's UniQuery for Power Users - this full day class teaches the command like reporting language (UniQuery) that is behind the Adhoc Query point-and-click user interface, and how to create UniQuery reports at TCL.

8. Creating Excalibur Dictionaries - full day class is designed for those who want to develop their own custom translations, calculations and other formulas in the Excalibur files for use with Adhoc Query, UniQuery, or Excalibur Report Studio (ERS) reports.

9. Excalibur's Acquisitions and Divestitures: Due Diligence and Conversion Tools - this full day class teaches you the guidelines on what to look for when you are making an acquisition and how to incorporate the newly acquired data into Excalibur in a timely manner and cost-efficient manner. This class helps you with what to do, when to do it and how to ask for help.

10. Excalibur's Report Studio with Crystal Report - this full day class introduces ERS concepts and functions of the ERS Developer, Crystal Reports Developer, ERS Run-time, and ERS Scheduler software.

11. Excalibur's LDO Revenue Maintenance - this full day class covers the interaction between the LDO and Revenue systems and addresses common issues with users of both systems. This class offers a hands-on approach to advanced LDO/Revenue functions including interfaces and troubleshooting LDO data and processes.
