1. Only members of the Australian Society of Anaesthetists are eligible to fill in this survey and enter the competition.

2. The survey and competition begins at 9am AEST on 25 June 2010 and closes at 5pm AEST on the 9 August 2010.

3. The winner will automatically receive a 25% discount off her or his 2010/11 membership fee.

4. If the winner does not renew their membership in 2011 the offer is terminated.

5. The ASA accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise as a result of winning this competition.
