I am interested in getting an extended picture of what helps and what hinders good love-making. To this end, I would be grateful if you could fill in this diary with details of your most recent love-making.

It would be helpful for my research (and writing a new book to help couples maintain a passionate relationship) if you could keep a regular sex diary. It will also help you identify positive trends in your love-making on which to build.
