How do you plan to incorporate social media into your recruiting and employee communication strategy in the next year? We're already effectively using social media and plan to continue.

We're still getting up to speed and have no immediate plans to add to the mix.

We've dipped our toes into social media, but have not dedicated enough time or effort to develop or engage.

I know we want to expand our presence, just not sure where to begin.

Yes! I'm always "checking in" at my favorite places.
