The FY13 Army Family Action Plan (AFAP) Conference is scheduled for 02-04 October, 2012. The ultimate purpose is to identify “quality of life” issues that affect virtually every Army Soldier and Family Member. The conference Delegates and Subject Matter Experts from the community will address your concerns, and search for solutions.
