Introduction

ACTCOSS and Gulanga Program staff invite ACT Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community sector workers to participate in this exit survey as you leave your employment, or within 6 months of leaving. The exit survey can also be completed if you are moving to another position within the same organisation.

The survey is designed to identify employment and retention trends for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff in the ACT community and will capture workforce statistics, reasons for leaving, workplace issues and relationships.

Your answers will go into an anonymous database. No-one can find out who you are or what you said. You will have the option to return to the previous section, start again or go to the next question. If you start the survey but want to quit, you can stop any time by closing the browser or click "Exit this survey".

All of the questions require answers, some will give you an option to check “I’d prefer not to comment”.
